| Lakeland PBS Nominated for an EmmyLocal Documentary Nominated for an Upper Midwest EmmyWeb posted September 19, 2023 Lakeland PBS is excited to announce that the documentary “Building a Table for 7: Farm & Forage to Fine Dining” has been nominated for an Upper Midwest Emmy in the Cultural Documentary category. The documentary follows Amber Lynne of Bemidji, Minnesota as she begins work to open a forage & farm to table restaurant in Bemidji, Minnesota. Viewers are able to watch her journey as an entrepreneur, adapt as a business owner and grow as a chef as she opens her fine dining restaurant through the 2020 Pandemic. Produced and directed by Lakeland PBS’, Scott C. Knudson, this story showcases the triumphs and tribulations of small restaurateurs and offers viewers a deeper look into locally sourcing quality ingredients and dishes.
