| Crosslake Ice Race ResultsAt the Crosslake Ice Races held Saturday, January 30, Isaac Wannebo, of Manhattan Beach, won the studded tire class, sweeping all 3 heats and the Feature Race. Mitch Feierabend of Merrifield, placed second and Jerry Peterson, of Manhattan Beach, placed third. In the rubber tire class, Taylor Pratt of Merrifield took first, Matt Borden of Merrifield took second and Eli Baca of Crosslake took third. Racing is conducted on Big Pine Lake, just south of Crosslake every Saturday at noon. Spectators can view the races on the lake, gaining access to Big Pine Lake at the public access which is about a 1/2 mile east of County Road 3 on Big Pine Trail.
