$21,000 Raised at Ice Tee Open for Camp K

Web posted March 5, 2013
The 11th annual Ice Tee Open was a resounding success. Golfers came by land and frozen lake to participate in golf on the ice, on a course artistically designed by Lucian Greeninger of Golden Eagle. A record 207 golfers participated and raised $21,000 to support Camp Knutson.

This year 23 individuals or groups participated in the $500 Club; these people gave $500 to the mission of Lutheran Social Services Camp Knutson which provides camping services to children with special needs. Campers include children with severe skin disorders, Autism, Down syndrome, and heart disease, and families affected by HIV and AIDS. The event is sponsored by Moonlite Bay and Golden Eagle Golf Course.

Camp Knutson thanks all the event sponsors, golf hole sponsors, $500 club members, silent auction donors and bidders, golfers, and all who attended this event.
