|  Daniel Kevin Finn | Crosslake Man Charged with Sexual Assault in Becker CountyA Crosslake man faces one felony charge of 4th degree sexual assault and one gross misdemeanor count of 5th degree sexual assault stemming from an incident in late March in Waubun, MN. Daniel Kevin Finn, age 48, of Crosslake was arrested at his home on May 2 by Crow Wing County deputies on a warrant issued in Becker County. Finn was released to Becker County authorities on May 3. According to the criminal complaint dated May 1, filed in Becker County District Court, Finn allegedly sexually assaulted two adult men, ages 18 and 19, on March 29-30 at the Oxbow Resort in Waubun. The complaint states that Finn told the two young men that he needed help loading furniture in Brainerd and it was to be transported to the resort. While the men loaded the furniture, Finn purchased beer and alcohol at a liquor store. Upon arriving at the resort, Finn stated that it was too late to unload the furniture and told the men that they should stay overnight. The complaint states that Finn provided the alcohol to the men and they became intoxicated and went to bed. According to the complaint, one of the young men awoke and allegedly saw Finn inappropriately touching the other man. The complaint also said that Finn touched the first young man inappropriately. Eventually Finn left the room and one of the men woke the other and they snuck out of the room and left the resort before being encountered by the defendant, as stated in the complaint.
