Crow Wing County Appoints Timothy Bray as County Engineer

The County Board, at their September 22, 2009 County Board meeting, appointed Timothy V. Bray as County Engineer effective October 28, 2009.

Tim is well known to many through his work at MnDOT, being employed at the Baxter location since 1999 and currently serving as the senior engineer and project manager for the Highway 371 expansion from Nisswa to Pine River.

Tim’s MnDOT assignment provides an excellent foundation, providing extensive experience in local transportation projects covering Central Minnesota including Little Falls, Deerwood, Longville, Pine River, Wadena and various other communities. Also, as a Navy Lieutenant, Tim is a well experienced leader being active in the reserves and recently serving in Iraq as the officer in charge of the reconstruction of a critical runway facility and surgical hospital and the mission commander accountable for a major bridge reconstruction project in 2006.

Tim is a graduate of the civil engineering program at NDSU and a registered professional engineer. He and wife Natalee reside in Crosslake with sons Jaden and Quinn.
