Sheriff requests information on shots fired from State Hwy. 18

Crow Wing County Sheriff Scott Goddard reports that on March 2nd, at approx. 8:43 a.m., Deputies responded to a shooting complaint in the 18000 block of State Hwy 18. When deputies arrived they learned from the complainant that several shots were fired from the highway towards the house. Deputies confirmed that rounds hit the occupied home. No one in the residence was injured.


The case is being investigated by the sheriff’s office and they received assistance from the Minnesota State Patrol. Anyone with any information should call the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office at 829-4749.
