| Northern Lights Over Roosevelt Seeks Final Plat in EmilyDeveloper Chris Scott seeks final plat approval for his proposed Northern Lights Over Roosevelt Lake development tonight at the regular monthly meeting of the Emily City Council.
The Emily Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat on Tuesday, Nov. 3 after MnDOT granted right of way use for a drop off area. MnDOT is also requiring a right-turn lane and a bypass lane on Hwy. 6 at Smokey Hollow Rd., lighting and pedestrian warning signage at that intersection.
The meeting convenes at 6:00 pm at Emily City Hall.
