|   | Care n’ Share Meals at Emily WesleyanWhat started out as a small group organizing meals for the church family at Emily Wesleyan Church before their Wednesday night activities, has grown into a weekly outreach to feed anyone in the community who would like a meal. The small group that started this endevor has grown much larger, now involving numerous people from the community. On the night these photos were taken, the Laker Lions lended a helping hand. The Care N' Share Cafe has received grants from sources like Walmart, Crow Wing Power, and more. The organization is also partnering with Second Harvest to help feed the community. There has been some consideration of the Care N' Share Cafe' becoming it's own non-profit organzation at some point. The Cafe has recently been serving approximately 140 people in the church building, as well as sending out enough take out meals to put that number over 200. Deliveries are being arranged to the elderly and shutin. The leaders of the Care N' Share Cafe are Eric Froidcoeur and Paul Fleming of Emily. The pastor of Emily Wesleyan Church is Pastor Jeff Drake.
