| Emily Care N Share Seeking VolunteersWeb posted January 24, 2012 Every Wednesday Community Care N Share is held at the Wesleyan church in Emily, Minnesota. What is Care ‘N’ Share? It is a meal prepared by volunteers, for anyone in the surrounding communities, through support and donations from community members. Volunteers gather at the Wesleyan Church on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. to cook and get ready for the people whom they will serve that night. On the second Wednesday of the month the St. Emily’s people and friends are the volunteers. The third Wednesday of the month, the Laker Lions and friends are the volunteers. However, sometimes there’s a need for more volunteers to make it possible to feed 200 people. Anyone interested in helping cook, serve, or clean up on any given Wednesday (especially the first and fourth Wednesdays) please call Paul or Bobbie at 218 763-1667.
