| Drowning Victim’s Body Recovered From Gull LakeEast Gull Lake, MN - Cass County authorities reported that the body of a 19 year old Brainerd man was recovered from Gull Lake near Gull Point July 4, 2008. The man’s body was recovered by Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office Dive Team members, at 2:26PM, approximately an hour after having gone under water. The victim’s has been identified as Nathan S. Awalt of Brainerd, MN. An autopsy is scheduled.
