Nevin Greer had a rteam high 24 points for Pequot Lakes while Riley Johnson and Logan Lange had 10 points apiece. Austin Pohlen led all scorers with 29 points for the Thunderhawks. Watland 2, David Liebe 2, Alex Illikainen 11, Sam Smokrovich 4, Reed Bender 14, Mike Spoden 3 Patriots 74, Pillager 58 Logan Lange and Nevin Greer combined for 41 points as the Patriots rebounded from a tough loss in Grand Rapids with a 16-point win over the Pillager Huskies on Tuesday night at home. Lange finished with 22 and Greer had 19. Riley Johnson had 15 and Jordan Redmond added 11 for Pequot Lakes. Cole Hunstad had 21 points to lead the Huskies. Pequot Lakes: Lange 22, Greer 19, Michaelson 4, Riley Johnson 15, Duval 1, Redmond 11, Jacobson 1. Patriots 62, Wadena-DC 57 Logan Lange had 20 points as the Patriots defeated Wadena Deer Creek on Friday, Jan. 20 in Wadena. Nevin Greer added 15 points and Riley Johnson had eight. The win improves the Patriots record to 5-1 in the Mid State Conference and 7-7 overall. Pequot Lakes will host Detroit Lakes 7:15 p.m. tonight.
