|  | Pequot Lakes High School Freshman Wins KLKS Christmas Card ContestThis year’s winner of the KLKS (104.3 FM, Breezy Point) Christmas card contest is Cheyenne Syvertson, a freshman at Pequot Lakes High School. She is currently an Art I student in Elements of Art and Design. Cheyenne enjoys sketching and cartoon illustration. Her instructor is the talented Dave Guenther. Syvertson is involved with the art club and she is the daughter of proud parents, Kim Utesch and Paul Hagestuen. “We couldn't be more happy with Cheyenne’s work”, beamed Bob Bundgaard, President of Lakes Broadcasting Group. “Her light hearted drawing of a sprightly elf is exactly what we were looking for.” As a result of her efforts, Cheyenne will be awarded a scholarship for her future education. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
