Claudia Schmidt with Dean Magraw to Open the GLAPA 30th Anniversary Season

Claudia Schmidt with Dean Magraw will be the opening show of the 30th Anniversary performance season for the Greater Lakes Area Performing Arts (GLAPA) season. The concert is on Friday, October 18th at 7:30 pm on the stage of the Pequot Lakes High School Theater.
Claudia Schmidt weaves her way through a concert that is interwoven with anecdotes revealing a relationship with the audience. The concert is an endless display of self-realization through humor and music. Composer / guitarist Dean Magraw’s musical passion transcends music boundaries. Dean has a distinctive style. He has performed with numerous regional ensembles and projects as diverse as Japanese shamisen with Nitta Masahiro, classical violinist Nigel Kennedy, jazz bassist Anthony Cox and radio personality Garrison Keillor. Together in this concert featuring Claudia Schmidt with Dean Magraw you can expect a magical musical experience to take place.
